本文对2013年11月至2015年4月在我院行冠心病介入治疗的74例冠心病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,探讨冠心病患者介入治疗围术期的护理干预效果。报告如下。1临床资料2013年11月至2015年4月我院收治的冠心病患者74例,男41例、女33例,年龄54~81岁,平均(64.6±6.7)岁,患者均表现有突发心前区疼痛、胸闷、胸部压迫感等临床症状,经诊断确诊为冠心病,符合WHO关于冠心病的诊断标准,其中急性心肌梗死21例、稳定型心绞痛25例、不稳定型心绞痛
This article retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 74 patients with coronary heart disease undergoing interventional therapy of coronary heart disease in our hospital from November 2013 to April 2015. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of perioperative nursing intervention in patients with coronary heart disease.
