由于学生成长环境的不同、个体性格的差异、认知水平的高低,以及后天努力的不同,决定了学生在学业上的差异,也就相应地出现了学困生。学困生是令每个教师都头疼的,我们常常听见一些教师在抱怨,某某学生简直就是“不可救药”。这种简单的把学困生看成是智力低下的行为,往往也证实了教师的简单粗暴。可是作为教师不可能只教优生而把学困生扫地出门,所以我们要转化学困生。如何转化学困生,我在多年的教育教学工作中,有一些感悟。
