我校是一九八一年创办的一所城镇初级中学,入学学生是重点中学择优后的双差生。在教学中,为了尽快缩小差生面,我们对差生进行了调查、测试,了解到他们在学习数学这门学科中具有三大共性:其一是差生对数学知识的接受能力差;其二是差生对数学概念、公式、法则及其应用的遗忘率高;其三是差生的注意力不易集中。经过八二年以来在教学方法上的改革和实践,我们初步摸索出了“降低起点,以退为进”的差生教学的原则和方法。近年来,对这一原则和方法我们作了某些新的探索,现就一些作法谈如下体会。一、“降低起点,以退为进”必须教会学生自学事实告诉我们:一个品学兼优的学生,他一定有
Our school was founded in 1981 as a junior secondary school in the town. Admissions to the students are the double bad students after the selection of the key middle schools. In teaching, in order to reduce the number of poor students as soon as possible, we conducted surveys and tests on poor students and learned that they have three common features in the study of mathematics: First, poor students’ poor acceptance of mathematical knowledge; second, poor students. The forgotten rate of mathematical concepts, formulas, laws, and applications is high; the third is poor concentration of attention. After 820 years of reform and practice in teaching methods, we tentatively explored the principles and methods for teaching poor students who “reducing the starting point and retreating for progress.” In recent years, we have made some new explorations of this principle and method.
