学校发展要靠教育改革,教师素质的提高是教育改革成败最为关键的因素,而学校对教师的评价又是制约教师素质提高的因素。为此,学校要建立利于教师素质提高的相应评价体系。
The development of schools depends on the education reform. The improvement of the quality of teachers is the most crucial factor of the success or failure of the education reform. However, the evaluation of teachers in schools is also a factor that restricts the improvement of teachers’ qualities. To this end, schools should establish a corresponding evaluation system conducive to the improvement of the quality of teachers.
