戴文,1964年7月生,重庆市人。毕业于西南师范大学美术学院(现西南大学),重庆市沙坪坝区文化馆副研究馆员。第四届中国书法家协会篆刻委员会委员,现为中国书法家协会编辑出版委员会委员、书法专业国家职业技能鉴定考评员、重庆市书法家协会理事、篆刻委员会主任。书法、篆刻作品参加首届中国书坛新人作品展,全国第二、四、五、六届篆刻艺术展,全国第四、五、六、七、八届中青年书法篆刻作品展,全国第六、九届书法篆刻作品展,国际书法大展,第七届中日友好自咏诗书展,全国第二、四届楹联书大展,第一、二、三届流行书风印风提名展,1998、2001、2002、2006中国书法“兰亭奖”书法篆刻作品展,中国美术馆篆刻艺术邀请展,当代篆刻艺术大展,金石永寿·中国第一届寿山石篆刻艺术展,全国千人千作书法大展,全国篆书名家作品邀请展,“和平颂”神七太空飞行艺术之旅,当代书画印名家十人展等。获四川省“巴蜀文艺奖”、全国第七届中青年书法篆刻作品展·提名奖、重庆市书法艺术奖、中华人民共和国文化部第十二届“群星奖”书法金奖、全国第二届隶书艺术展三等奖等。策划有中国当代著名篆刻家作品邀请展、全国60印象篆刻提名展等。作品入编《中国现代美术全集·篆刻卷》等。出版有《当代中青年书法家精品集·戴文》卷。作品被中国美术馆、中国艺术研究院收藏。被《中国书画》杂志提名“中国当下最值得市场关注的十位篆刻家”。
