全球水伙伴(Global Water Partnership,GWP)成立于1996年,是一个向所有从事水资源管理的机构开放的国际网络组织,包括发达和发展中国家的政府机构、联合国机构、双边及多边开发银行、专业协会、研究机构、非政府组织及私营部门等。全球水伙伴旨在促进水资源统一管理,其目标是以公平的方式,在不损害重要生态系统可持续性的条件下,促进水、土及相关资源的协调开发和管理,以使经济和社会财富最大化。
