对于“信息消费”一词,很多人可能会感到陌生,其实,在信息社会,信息消费是与广大公众的生活息息相关的,而科学技术信息的消费则关系到科学技术对社会发展影响的深度与广度,影响到科学技术作为生产力、作为价值标准对人们的生产、生活及思想观念产生的巨大推动作用。中国科协有关课题组在进行“中国公众对科学技术的态度”的抽样调查中,考查了公众的科学技术信息消费的状况。现把这一调查结果作一些删节,奉献给读者,希望能对这方面有兴趣的人们有所帮助。
Many people may feel unfamiliar with the term “information consumption.” In fact, in the information society, information consumption is closely linked with the general public’s life. The consumption of science and technology information is related to the depth and impact of science and technology on social development. The breadth of science and technology affects the productivity of science and technology as a great impetus to people’s production, living and ideological values as a value standard. In a sample survey carried out by the group of Chinese Association for Science and Technology (CAST) on “the attitude of the Chinese public to science and technology”, the state of public consumption of science and technology information was examined. We will make some omissions in this survey result and dedicate it to the readership, hoping to help those who are interested in this field.
