目的:探讨精细化管理在产科中的应用效果,以提高护理管理水平。方法:选取义乌市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心2014年8月~2016年9月收治的180例产科的产妇为研究对象,2014年8月~2015年8月实施传统护理模式,为实施前,2015年9月~2016年9月实施精细化管理,为实施后。观察实施精细化管理前后产妇对健康教育知识的知晓情况及对护理工作的各项指标的评价。结果:精细化管理前后产妇健康教育知识知晓情况比较,精细化管理后产妇的健康教育知识完全掌握、部分掌握、没掌握占比明显好于精细化管理前(P<0.05)。精细化管理后产妇对健康教育、服务态度、生活护理、技术操作及整体护理等护理工作的各项指标的评价显著高于精细化管理前(P<0.05)。结论:精细化管理可以在产科护理中可以为产妇提供更优质的护理服务,为医院的发展打下良好基础,促进了医患关系,提高了患者对精细化管理的满意度。
Objective: To explore the application of meticulous management in obstetrics to improve nursing management. Methods: A total of 180 obstetric mothers who were treated in Yiwu Maternal and Child Health Family Planning Service Center from August 2014 to September 2016 were selected as the research object. The traditional nursing model was implemented from August 2014 to August 2015, September to September 2016 to implement the refined management, after the implementation. Observed before and after the implementation of meticulous management of maternal knowledge of health education awareness and nursing evaluation of the indicators. Results: The knowledge of maternal health education before and after the meticulous management was compared with that of the maternal health education after the meticulous management. The knowledge of maternal health education was completely mastered and partially mastered. The proportions of masters did not grasp well before the elaboration management (P <0.05). After the meticulous management, the evaluation of indicators of nursing work such as health education, service attitude, life care, technical operation and overall nursing was significantly higher than that before fine management (P <0.05). Conclusion: The meticulous management can provide better nursing services for the mothers in obstetrics and nursing care, lay a good foundation for the development of the hospital, promote the relationship between doctors and patients, and improve patient satisfaction with meticulous management.
