目的:观察青八宝丹对肛裂术后创面愈合的治疗效果。方法:将60例肛裂术后患者随机分为2组各30例,治疗组用青八宝丹创面换药,对照组用生肌散创面换药,2组均每天换药2次,至创面愈合。观察患者术后创面大小、愈合天数等情况。结果:2组患者均获痊愈,痊愈率均为100%。术后第7天,2组创面缩小率较术后第3天明显提高,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);术后第14天,2组创面缩小率较术后第7天提高,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);术后第14天,治疗组创面缩小率较对照组提高,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗组创面愈合天数短于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:青八宝丹促进肛裂术后创面愈合疗效优于生肌散。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Qingbaodan on wound healing after anal fissure surgery. Methods: Sixty patients with anal fissure were randomly divided into two groups of 30 patients. The treatment group was treated with Qingbaodan wound dressing. The control group was treated with Shengji scattered wound dressing. The two groups were given dressing twice daily until Wound healing. Observed patients with wound size, healing days and so on. Results: The two groups of patients were cured, the cure rate was 100%. On the 7th day after operation, the reduction rate of wounds in both groups was significantly higher than that on the 3rd day after operation (P <0.05). On the 14th day after operation, the reduction rate of wounds in both groups was higher than that on the 7th day after operation, (P <0.05). On the 14th day after operation, the reduction rate of the wound surface in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, with significant difference (P <0.05). The wound healing days in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: Qingbaodan promote wound healing after anal fissure is better than Shengjisan.
