〕目的:获得西安地区人群颌面部皮肤颜色分布情况及影响肤色的因素。方法:用美能达色差计(CR-100)以CIE-1976-L*a*b*色度值对2250人颌面部皮肤进行测色、统计。结果:随年龄增大,皮肤色度值L*变小,a*、b*变大。不同部位皮肤色度值受相关因素影响的变化趋势相同。皮肤明度值,女高于男,耳高于颊。结论:皮肤色度值与年龄、部位、性别密切相关。色度值频数分布呈正态分布。
Objective: To obtain the color distribution of maxillofacial region and the factors that affect skin color in Xi'an area. Methods: The color of 2250 human maxillofacial skin was measured by CIE-1976-L * a * b * colorimetric method with the Minolta Colorimeter (CR-100). Results: With age, the skin color value L * became smaller and a * and b * became larger. Different parts of the skin color values by the relevant factors affect the same trend. Skin brightness value, higher than men and women, ears above the cheek. Conclusion: The skin colorimetric values are closely related to age, location and gender. The chrominance value frequency distribution is normal distribution.
