领导力有别于管理能力,那些取得最佳商业绩效的企业均拥有能持守某种价值观的领导者。在一个相对健康的市场环境中,以价值观为根基的领导力,是企业可持续发展的保险栓。今天的企业领导者,真正面临的并非技能或技术上的挑战,而是员工或者与员工有关的生产力的挑战,如果这个挑战不能解决,领导者和员工就是双输的局面。很多领导者,还没有从心灵深处真正意识到,员工是决定企业成败的关键。这也是我提出价值领导力的初衷所在。
Leadership is different from managerial ability, and those who achieve the best business performance have leaders who hold a certain value. In a relatively healthy market environment, values-based leadership is the key to a company’s sustainable growth. Today’s business leaders are not really facing technical or technical challenges, but employee or employee-related productivity challenges. If this challenge can not be solved, leaders and employees are losing. Many leaders, have not really realized from the depths of the heart, the staff is the key to determining the success of the enterprise. This is also my original intention of putting forward value leadership.
