本文研究了快速测定石墨灰分中 14种杂质元素 Al,Ca,Cd,Co,Cr,Cu,Fe,Mg,Mn,Mo,Ni,Ti,V,Zn的分析方法 ,以满足提纯石墨研究工作对快速了解石墨提纯效果的要求。依据测定样品中各元素的含量情况 ,实验选择 14种元素的分析线。运用 ICP- AES谱线轮廓图功能 ,消除常量元素产生的基体背景干扰。运用干扰系数法进行测定结果校正 ,并对 ICP- AES测定灰分中 14种元素的检出线、精密度、准确度进行了测定。结果显示 ,本方法分析石墨灰分中杂质元素能够满足提纯石墨研究工作的要求。
In this paper, the analytical methods for the rapid determination of 14 impurity elements Al, Ca, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mg, Mn, Mo, Ni, Ti, V and Zn in graphite ash were studied in order to meet the requirements of the research on pure graphite Quickly understand the requirements of graphite purification effect. According to the determination of the content of each element in the sample, the experiment selects the analysis line of 14 elements. Use ICP-AES spectral profile features to eliminate matrix background interference caused by constant elements. The interference coefficient method was used to correct the measurement results, and the detection line, precision and accuracy of 14 elements in ICP-AES were determined. The results show that the method of analyzing impurity elements in graphite ash can meet the requirements of the research work of purifying graphite.
