美国1998年开始实施“能源之星”(ENERGY STAR)建筑节能标识体系,由美国能源部和环保署共同颁布统一的标准和指标,其主要对象是商用建筑和新建住宅建筑。
The United States began implementing the ENERGY STAR building energy efficiency labeling system in 1998. The United States Department of Energy and the EPA jointly promulgated uniform standards and indicators. The main targets are commercial buildings and new residential buildings.
