此文原截苏联“历史教学”1959年第2期.作者А·И·斯特拉热夫同志依据苏共二十一次大会的精神针对苏联历史教学的情况提出了一些改进意见.文中提到的若干问题对我们当前教学改进是有参考价值的,因而译出在本刊发表.读者在参考本文时,必须结合我国学校的实际情况.有些问题,如加强历史教学的直观性等,也是我们应该努力去做的.另有一些问题,如教学计划和修订教材,是要贯彻厚今薄古精神的,但如何具体安排,则因学制不同而有些差别,有待于中央教育部的统—修订和改编;在历史教学中如何联系现实,也是我们教师目前普遍注意的问题之一,运用从学习历史而获得的理论知识分析研究现实问题是必要的,以马克思列宁主义观点分析与阐明历史事件,做到材料与观点的统一,也是非常必要的.但历史事件与现实问题,由于时间、地点、条件的不同,应当防止简单机械的类比和牵强附会.
