1、前言 龙湖大厦是高层商住楼,位于广州大沙北路,由两层地下室、四层裙楼及两栋二十八层塔楼组成,总建筑面积约6万平方米,地面以上高100M,该工程原已由某设计单位进行了施工图设计,后业主委托我院重新进行设计。在结构体系上,原设计裙楼以下要用框一筒结构,裙楼以上采用剪力墙结构,中间设结构转换层。我们设计时进行了改变,改为全幢均为框一筒结构体系,取消结构转换层。对同一个工程采用两种不同的结构体系,为我们提供了两种结构体系比较的机会,现将我们的处理手法及心得介绍如下,供同
1. Introduction Longhu Building is a high-rise commercial and residential building located on Dasha North Road in Guangzhou. It consists of two basements, a four-story podium, and two twenty-eight-storey towers. It has a total construction area of approximately 60,000 square meters and is 100M above the ground. The project has originally been designed by a design unit and the owner has commissioned our institute to redesign it. In the structural system, the original design of the podium is to use a box-in-a-tube structure, a podium structure is used above the podium, and a structural conversion layer is set in the middle. We changed the design and changed the whole building to a one-tube structure system, cancelling the structural transformation layer. The use of two different structural systems for the same project provides us with an opportunity to compare the two structural systems. Now we introduce our processing techniques and experience as follows.
