目的:制定紫花松果菊种苗分级标准,为紫花松果菊规范化生产奠定基础。方法:以紫花松果菊种植地的种苗为研究材料,测定紫花松果菊种苗株高、根长、根数、单株鲜重和叶片数等指标,通过对各指标数据的相关性统计分析,并结合生产实际,确定紫花松果菊种苗质量分级的主要指标,再采用系统聚类确定紫花松果菊种苗的分级标准。结果:紫花松果菊的单株鲜重、根长和株高是种苗分级的主要指标。结论:紫花松果菊种苗分为3个等级,其中,Ⅰ级种苗:单株鲜重不小于1.39 g,根长不小于7.7 cm,株高不小于9.5 cm;Ⅱ级种苗:单株鲜重在0.79~1.38 g之间,根长在6.7~7.6 cm之间,株高在8.1~9.4 cm之间;Ⅲ级种苗:单株鲜重在0.66~0.78 g之间,根长在6.2~6.6 cm之间,株高在6.7~8.0 cm之间;其余种苗为不合格种苗。
Objective: To establish the classification standard of Echinacea purpurea seedlings, and lay the foundation for standardized production of Echinacea purpura. Methods: The seedlings of Echinacea purpurea were used as materials to determine the plant height, root length, root number, fresh weight per plant and leaf number of Echinacea purpurea seedlings. Through the correlation of each index data Statistical analysis, combined with the actual production, to determine the main index of Echinacea purpurea quality grading, and then use systematic clustering to determine the classification standard of Echinacea purpurea seedlings. Results: The fresh weight, root length and plant height of Echinacea purpurea were the main indexes of seedling classification. CONCLUSION: The seedlings of Echinacea purpurea are divided into three grades, of which, the first grade seedlings: the fresh weight per plant is not less than 1.39 g, the root length is not less than 7.7 cm and the plant height is not less than 9.5 cm; The fresh weight of the plant was between 0.79 and 1.38 g, the root length was between 6.7 and 7.6 cm, and the plant height was between 8.1 and 9.4 cm. The grade III seedlings: the fresh weight of the plant was between 0.66 and 0.78 g, and the root length Between 6.2 and 6.6 cm, the plant height was between 6.7 and 8.0 cm. The remaining seedlings were unqualified seedlings.
