目的:制定素花党参种苗质量分级标准。方法:以甘肃省素花党参道地产区不同产地征集的30份素花党参种苗为研究材料,在测定种苗单株鲜重、含水率、苗长、苗粗、芽体长和芽体个数等质量指标基础上,采用K均值聚类法划分种苗类别,制定分级标准。结果:不同产地来源素花党参种苗分为3个等级:一级种苗单株鲜重不小于14.1 g,苗长不小于24.0cm,苗粗不小于1.17 cm;二级种苗单株鲜重3.5~14.0 g,苗长21.6~23.9 cm,苗粗0.68~1.16 cm;三级种苗单株鲜重1.9~3.4 g,苗长13.5~21.5 cm,苗粗0.54~0.67 cm。结论:征集的30份素花党参种苗样品中,一、二级种苗占66.7%,建议规范化生产中采用一、二级种苗。
Objective: To set the quality standard of Codonopsis pilosula Methods: Thirty cucumber cultivars collected from different origins of Cactus Danshin Dao in Gansu Province were used as experimental materials. Results: Cultivars of Codonopsis pilosula from different origins were divided into three grades: the fresh weight of the first seedling was not less than 14.1 g, the seedling length was no less than 24.0 cm, the seedling thickness was not less than 1.17 cm; The weight of three seedlings was 1.9 ~ 3.4 g, the seedling length was 13.5 ~ 21.5 cm and the seedling weight was 0.54 ~ 0.67 cm. Conclusion: Among the 30 samples of Codonopsis pilosula collected, 66.7% were primary and secondary seedlings, and it is suggested that the primary and secondary seedlings should be used in standardized production.
