用压铸法制各Al2O3f/Al-Si复合材料,并使纤维分布呈统计二维择优取向,研究了该复合材料的“磨损量-时间”关系和磨损机制。结果表明,Al2O3短纤维垂直和平行于摩擦表面时,在“磨损量-时间”关系上没有显著差异,但”两者的纤维损伤和脱落过程有所不同。借助SEM对这一过程进行了观察并建立了相应的模型。
The Al2O3f / Al-Si composites were prepared by die-casting and the distribution of fibers was statistically two-dimensional preferred orientation. The “wear-amount-time” relationship and wear mechanism of the composites were studied. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the “wear amount versus time” between the Al2O3 staple fiber perpendicular and parallel to the rubbing surface, but "the fiber damage and abscission processes were different, and this process was observed by SEM And established the corresponding model.
