首先,在总结认知理论相关研究的基础上,阐述组织认知的内涵,构建以组织支持、组织智力和组织表现为核心的理论模型,描述组织认知的特征;其次,结合组织即兴理论,分析组织认知即兴现象发生的原因、结果以及与组织创新活动的关系;最后,提出即兴状态下,从一般认知到卓越认知的组织认知状态跃迁过程及其对组织创新能力的影响。
First of all, on the basis of summarizing the related research of cognitive theory, the author expounds the connotation of organizational cognition, constructs the theoretical model with organizational support, organizational intelligence and organizational performance as the core, and describes the characteristics of organizational cognition. Secondly, combining the organizational improvisation theory, Analyzes the reason, result and the relationship between organizational cognitive improvisation and organizational innovation activities. Finally, it puts forward the transition process of organizational cognitive state from general cognition to remarkable cognition and its influence on organizational innovation capability.
