目的探讨MRI在盘状半月板中的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2014年1月至2015年9月丰县人民医院收治的20例经关节镜或手术证实为盘状半月板患者的临床与MRI资料。结果 20例均为外侧盘状半月板,合并盘状半月板损伤17例,发生后脱位2例。三型盘状半月板中MRI诊断符合情况:板型10例中符合9例;楔形8例中符合6例;肥角型2例中符合1例。本组矢状面层厚4 mm扫描“领结样”改变层数均为3层以上,板/面比率均≥35%。结论 MRI对盘状半月板有较高的诊断准确率。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of MRI in discoid meniscus. Methods The clinical and MRI data of 20 patients who underwent arthroscopy or surgery confirmed as discoid meniscus from January 2014 to September 2015 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results All the 20 cases were discoid meniscus with discoid dislocation in 17 cases. Three types of discoid meniscus in the diagnosis of MRI compliance: plate type 10 cases in line with 9 cases; wedge in 8 cases in line with 6 cases; fat angle type 2 cases in line with 1 case. This group sagittal thickness 4 mm scan “bow tie-like ” to change the number of layers are more than 3 layers, board / surface ratio were ≥ 35%. Conclusion MRI has a high diagnostic accuracy for discoid meniscus.
