以包钢Φ1150初轧机轧制B8.4t沸腾钢锭生产300mm×300mm方坯为模拟对象,进行了实验研究.比较了不同尾部形状的B8.4t钢锭及轧制规程对切尾的影响,观察了钢锭尾部金属的流动规律.在剪切规程不改变的条件下,实验结果应用于开坯生产,可提高成坯率0.55%.
The Baotou Steel Φ1150 rolling mill B8.4t initial boiling ingot production 300mm × 300mm billet as a simulation object, the experimental study. The effects of different tail forms of B8.4t steel ingot and rolling rules on the tailing were compared. The metal flow at the tail of the steel ingot was observed. Under the condition that the cutting procedure is not changed, the experimental results are applied to the billet production, which can increase the billet yield by 0.55%.
