由于幼儿园发展速度较快,幼儿教师的队伍不断壮大,大量新教师的加入使得教师队伍更具活力和生机,我园现有幼儿教师中青年教师(35岁以下)就占到60%。工作3年以内的新教师占全体教师的35%。日渐庞大的新教师队伍的专业发展已成为我们目前急需解决和提高的问题。我园幼儿园新教师出现了以下几个问题:1.现在幼师毕业生的素养偏低;2.新教师缺乏实际的教育教学经验;3.缺乏应对矛盾与冲突的能力;4.非幼师专业的新教师比例不断增加。要解决这些问题,笔者认为可以从以下途径来促进幼儿园新进教师的专业能力成长。
Due to the rapid development of kindergartens, the team of kindergarten teachers has been continuously expanded. With the addition of a large number of new teachers, the number of teachers in the kindergarten teachers under the age of 35 has reached 60%. New teachers within three years of work account for 35% of all teachers. The professional development of a growing number of new teachers has become an issue that we urgently need to solve and improve. The new teachers in our kindergarten have the following problems: 1. Now, the quality of kindergarten graduates is low; 2. The new teachers lack actual experience in teaching and learning; 3. The lack of ability to deal with conflicts and conflicts; 4. Non-kindergarten teachers The proportion of professional new teachers is on the increase. To solve these problems, I believe that the following ways can be used to promote the kindergarten new teachers professional ability to grow.
