各市、县人大、教委(教育局)、计委、劳动局、人事局、财政局、司法局、总工会:《江苏省实施<中华人民共和国职业教育法>办法》(以下简称《实施办法》)于1999年8月20日由江苏省第九届人民代表大会常分委员会第十一次会议通过,并自1999年10月1日起施行。《实施办法》的颁布为我省职业教育的改革和发展提供了更加完备的法律保障,对建立健全适应江苏现代化建设需要的职业教育制度,提高劳动者素质,促进经济、社会发展,有着极其重要的意义。为搞好《实施办法》的学习、宣传和贯彻工作,现将有关问题通知如下:一、各地、各有关部门应当结合学习江总书记对发展职业教育的指示精神,把学习、宣传和贯彻《实施办法》列入议事日程,作为当前一项重要任务抓紧抓好。江泽民同志在最近召开的全国教育工作会议上指出:“努力办好各级各类职业技术教育,是一篇
