本文对７６６例中老年知识分子楔状缺损的发病情况及与本病发生发展可能有关的因素进行调查，结果发现知识分子楔状缺损发病率为６５．１４％，远远高于普通人群发病率５．３％，且随年龄递增，男性患楔率显著高于女性，楔状缺损发病部位以双尖牙发病率高，牙位由向前后依次减少，本病在牙周萎缩中发病率较高。分析结果表明刷牙磨损是致楔状缺损的主要原因。与牙龈炎、咬面磨损、咽酒嗜好等无明显关系。
In this paper, the incidence of wedge-shaped defects in 766 middle-aged and elderly intellectuals and the factors that may be related to the occurrence and development of this disease were investigated. The incidence of wedge-shaped defects in intellectuals was 65.14%, which was much higher than that of common people. 3%, and with increasing age, male wedge rate was significantly higher than the female, the incidence of wedge-shaped defect to the high incidence of bicuspid teeth, followed by reduction of the anteroposterior teeth, the disease in the periodontal atrophy in the incidence of higher. The analysis shows that brushing wear is the main cause of wedge-shaped defects. And gingivitis, bite surface wear, no significant relationship between the pharyngeal wine preferences.
