目的:通过500 例高压注射器增强扫描的评价以探讨一套适用于螺旋 C T 扫描时理想的高压注射器增强条件。方法:使用西门子 S O M A T O M P L U S4 螺旋 C T 机;美国 M E D R A D 810 型前置式高压注射器。将50 0 例分为两组行增强扫描, 第一组为不定条件组10 0 例,第二组为设定条件组400 例。扫描分区为头部、颈部、胸部、肝胰脾、肾脏、盆腔。评价方式采用①双盲观片法。② C T 值评价法。结果:设置组400 例,影像质量优者占83 % ,影像质量良好占15 % , 影像质量差占2 % 。结论:本文所选择的这套高压注射器应用于螺旋 C T 增强扫描的条件是切实可行的,但在进行增强扫描时应根据具体情况对设定条件进行细调整以获得最佳影像效果。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the enhancement of a set of high-pressure syringes suitable for helical CT scanning through 500 high-pressure syringes. Methods: The Siemens S O M A T O M P L U S4 Spiral C T machine; the United States M D D A D 810 type front-mounted high-pressure syringe. 50 0 cases were divided into two groups enhanced scan, the first group of variable conditions for the group of 100 cases, the second group of 400 cases set the conditions. Scan partition for the head, neck, chest, liver and spleen and kidney, pelvis. Evaluation methods used ① double blind film method. ② C T value evaluation method. Results: There were 400 cases in the group. The images with excellent image quality accounted for 83%, the images with good image quality accounted for 15% and the images with poor image quality accounted for 2%. CONCLUSIONS: The condition of this high-pressure syringe selected for spiral C T-enhanced scanning is feasible, but the setting conditions should be fine-tuned to obtain the best imaging results when performing enhanced scanning.
