两种不同结构形式的气泡雾化喷嘴 ,通过实验对其流量特性和混合室内的流型进行了研究。分析实验现象和实验数据发现 :喷嘴混合室内的流型取决于混合室直径 Dc、气液质量流量比ALR、注气孔截面积 A2 及气压 P2 、液压 P1 等参数 ;喷嘴的流量特性则主要受注气孔截面积 A2 、喷嘴出口截面积 A及运行压力等参数影响 ;流量系数 CD 与参数 X呈线性关系。另外 ,通过理论分析推导出喷嘴临界流量公式 :Ml=μAcaρa ( 1 +ALR) ALR,且计算值与实验点符合良好。
Two kinds of bubble atomizing nozzles with different structures were studied experimentally on the flow characteristics and the flow pattern in the mixing chamber. Analysis of the experimental phenomena and experimental data show that the flow pattern in the nozzle mixing chamber is dependent on the mixing chamber diameter Dc, gas-liquid mass flow rate ratio ALR, gas injection cross-sectional area A2 and pressure P2, hydraulic pressure P1 and other parameters; nozzle flow characteristics are mainly affected by gas injection holes Cross-sectional area A2, nozzle outlet cross-sectional area A and operating pressure and other parameters; flow coefficient CD and parameter X showed a linear relationship. In addition, the critical flow rate equation of the nozzle is derived through theoretical analysis: Ml = μAcaρa (1 + ALR) ALR, and the calculated value is in good agreement with the experimental point.
