本刊讯近日,南宁市出台《关于加快发展学前教育的实施意见》和《南宁市学前教育三年行动计划(2011—2013年)》两个配套文件,承诺自2011年至2013年,南宁市将通过3年的努力,基本解决城乡儿童“入园难”、“入园贵”的问题,基本消除非法办幼儿园的问题。3年间,南宁市计划新建幼儿园393所,其中公办幼儿园366所,力争每个县(区)至少有1所自治区级示范幼儿园和6所市级示范幼儿园,公办幼儿园资源进一步扩大,民办幼儿园发展规范、有序,农村幼儿园办园水平有较大提升。加大对民办幼儿园的扶持力度,积极扶持面向大众、收费较低的普惠性
