在大学英语教学中,与以学生为中心的自主学习呼声日益高涨的同时,往往忽视了教师贯穿于大学生英语自主学习过程这一因素,自主学习应该是教师密切与其关联的一种学习方式。因此,就很有必要分析教师在自主学习中的角色和作用。本文依据教育部于2007颁发的《大学英语课程教学要求》,分析了在当今的教育生态环境下教师在学生的自主学习过程中扮演的角色,探讨就如何充分发挥教师在自主学习中的作用提出了一些建议。
