本刊讯近日,国家工商总局对外发布《农药广告审查发布标准》(以下简称《标准》),自2016年2月1日起施行。原1995年3月28发布的《农药广告审查标准》同时废止。《标准》明确,未经国家批准登记的农药不得发布广告。农药广告内容应当与《农药登记证》和《农药登记公告》的内容相符,不得任意扩大范围。农药广告中不得含有:表示功效、安全性的断言或者保证;利用科研单位、学术机构、技术推广机构、行业协会或者专业人士、用户的名义或者形象作推荐、证明;说明有效率;违反安全使用规程的文字、语言或者画面;法律、行
