我作为洛阳数学骨干教师培训班的一名学员,来到洛阳师院,聆听了许多专家教授的专题讲座,接受了大量的前瞻性的信息和许多新的教育理念,我感到他们谈到了一个共同的话题那就是——课程、改革、创造、创新。我深刻体会到了继续教育的必要性,培训不仅更新了自己的教育教学观念,而且还学到了先进的管理模式、教学方法、教育科研等多方面的经验。
