在市场经济条件下,人们的思想和价值观都已发生了深刻的变化。企业思想政治工作应如何适应这种变化,是摆在思想政治工作者面前的一个重要课题。思想政治工作既要发扬优良传统又要推陈出新,树立现代思想政治工作观念,这是继承、发扬党的优良传统和政治优势,实现思想政治工作现代化的重要前提和根本保障。现代思想政治工作一定要适应时代发展要求,坚持主动性、针对性、时效性,突出思想文化宣传,用新思想、新观念去引导职工、教育职工,牢固树立自主创新意识,努力适应时代的深刻变革。
Under the market economy, profound changes have taken place in people's thinking and values.
