数学教学工作是小学教育教学工作的重中之重,近年来,在我国农村地区,随着留守儿童的逐年增加,家长对子女教育的淡化,导致学生养成不良的学习习惯,从而致使数学后进生越来越多。笔者从事小学数学教学工作已有多年,在笔者看来,要做好小学数学后进生转化教育就必须要有爱心,懂得与学生情感交融,用关爱感化学生,通过正确引导,激发学生学习兴趣,培养学生良好的数学学习惯,从而树立后进生学习数学的自信心,并能持之以恒,只有这样,才能将切实做好数学后进生转化教育。
