用JD-1型轮轨模拟试验机和赫兹模拟准则研究了车轮转速对车轮滚动磨损性能的影响;用SEM、EDS和硬度计等分析了车轮磨损表面形貌与硬度变化情况。结果表明:随车轮转速的增大,车轮磨损量呈现先减小后增大的趋势,滚动摩擦过程中致密氧化膜的形成与车轮磨损量的变化有直接的关系;随着转速的增大,车轮的磨损机制由磨粒磨损向疲劳和氧化磨损转变。
The effect of wheel rotation speed on wheel rolling wear performance was studied by JD-1 wheel and rail simulation tester and Hertz simulation criterion. The surface morphology and hardness change of wheel wear surface were analyzed by SEM, EDS and hardness tester. The results show that with the increase of the wheel speed, the wear amount of the wheel first decreases and then increases. The formation of compact oxide film has a direct relationship with the change of the wheel wear amount during rolling friction. With the increase of the rotation speed, The wear mechanism of the wheel changes from abrasive wear to fatigue and oxidative wear.
