在传统的课堂教学模式中,教师在教学中往往具有绝对的权威,学生必须无条件服从老师。在教学活动中,学生缺乏自主性和选择性,很多时候,课堂就成为教师表演的场所,学生只能在下面听从教师的指示。然而,随着教育理念尤其是建构主义和人本主义教育理念的普及,师生角色在教学活动中发生了根本性的转变,学生成为了学习的主体,教师教师也不再有绝对的权威,师生之间的平等地位逐渐建立起来,学生的主体意识也更加强烈,师生平等对话的条件已经成熟。因此,本文以小学数学教学实践为例,探索对话教学在小学数学教学中的应用策略。
In the traditional classroom teaching mode, teachers often have absolute authority in teaching and students must obey the teacher unconditionally. In teaching activities, students lack autonomy and selectivity. In many cases, the classroom becomes a place where teachers can perform. Students can only follow the instructor’s instructions below. However, with the popularization of educational philosophy, especially constructivism and humanistic education, the roles of teachers and students have undergone fundamental changes in teaching activities. Students have become the main body of learning, and teachers and teachers no longer have absolute authority. The equal status between teachers and students is gradually established, and the students’ sense of subject is stronger. The conditions for equal dialogue between teachers and students are ripe. Therefore, this article takes the practice of primary school mathematics teaching as an example to explore the application strategy of dialogue teaching in primary school mathematics teaching.
