目的:探讨膜引导骨再生技术修复牙周炎致Ⅱ根分叉病变的临床效果。方法:对32例下颌第一磨牙牙周病致Ⅱ根分叉病变的32颗牙随机分为两组,实验组采用牙周翻瓣刮治后羟基磷灰石生物陶瓷结合口腔修复膜充填修复骨缺损区;对照组则单纯翻瓣。临床随访观察6个月,检查牙周探诊深度和临床附着水平的相关变化,评估羟基磷灰石生物陶瓷膜引导骨再生修复牙槽骨缺损的临床应用效果。结果:两组手术后的牙周探诊深度和临床附着水平均较术前明显改善,而且羟基磷灰石生物陶瓷结合口腔修复膜修复牙槽骨缺损较单纯翻瓣组更为有效,牙周袋探针深度减少,临床附着水平增加。结论:应用膜引导骨再生技术修复牙周炎致Ⅱ根分叉病变能够达到修复牙槽骨骨缺损和改善牙周状况的目的。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of membrane guided bone regeneration technique in repairing periodontitis-induced bifurcation Ⅱ. Methods: Thirty-two mandibular first molar periodontal diseases caused by 32 bifurcation lesions were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group was treated with periodontal flap curettage and hydroxyapatite bioceramic combined with oral repair membrane filling repair Bone defect area; the control group was simply flap. Clinical follow-up was observed for 6 months, the detection of periodontal exploration depth and clinical changes related to changes in the level of evaluation of hydroxyapatite bioceramic membrane guided bone regeneration of alveolar bone defects in clinical application. Results: Both the depth of probing and the level of clinical attachment of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before operation. Moreover, hydroxyapatite bioceramic combined with oral repair membrane was more effective in repairing alveolar bone defect than simple flap group. The depth of the pocket probe is reduced and the level of clinical attachment is increased. Conclusion: The application of membrane-guided bone regeneration in the repair of periodontitis-induced bifurcation lesions can achieve the purpose of repairing alveolar bone defects and improving periodontal status.
