目的观察上半规管切除对豚鼠内耳功能的影响。方法 16只豚鼠随机分为4组,切除单侧上半规管,观察手术后动物行为及听性脑干反应,并于手术后7d 和28d 处死试验动物,硝酸银染色耳蜗基底膜铺片和石蜡切片了解内耳形态学变化。结果术后2~3d 内,豚鼠头向术侧倾斜,行走不稳,以后恢复;术后即刻 ABR 阈值升高,和术前相比差异有显著性,术后1、4wk 与术前相比差异无显著性;病理切片检查壶腹嵴毛细胞、耳蜗各阶形态和 Corti 器正常,切除部位有炎性细胞和纤维组织形成。手术前后基底膜铺片内外毛细胞计数统计学处理差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论上半规管切除对豚鼠耳蜗及前庭感受器功能的影响不大。(中国眼耳鼻喉科杂志,2005,5:350~352)
Objective To observe the effect of upper semicircular canal excision on the inner ear function of guinea pigs. Methods Totally 16 guinea pigs were randomly divided into 4 groups. The unilateral upper semicircular canal was excised. The animal behavior and auditory brainstem response after operation were observed. The experimental animals were sacrificed on the 7d and 28d after operation. The silver nitrate staining cochlear basement membrane and paraffin sections Understand the inner ear morphological changes. Results Within 2 to 3 days after operation, the guinea pigs tilted to the operation side and became unstable after operation. The ABR threshold increased immediately after operation, and the difference was significant compared with that before operation No significant difference; pathological examination ampulla of hair cells, cochlear order morphology and Corti normal, resected parts of inflammatory cells and fibrous tissue formation. There was no significant difference in statistics of hair cell counts between the basement membrane before and after operation (P> 0.05).
