在中国企业中,海尔集团所从上至下贯彻的企业文化是最富有魅力的企业文化,其外在拥有博大的海的气质,内在核心来源于创新。就企业文化的形成,张瑞敏曾发表自己的看法:“天下万物生于有,有生于无”。他说,企业管理有两点始终是我铭记在心的,第一点是无形的东西往往比有形的东西更重要。当领导的到下面看重的是有形东西太多,而无形东西太少。第二点是老子主张的为人做事要“以柔克刚”。作为企业家,你永远是弱势,如果你真能认识到自己是弱势,你就会朝目标执著前进,也就会成功。
