中国企业思维的创新最重要香港中文大学教授郎咸平现代企业应该考虑在危机中寻找转机。这种思维的前提就是认清思维,从危机中寻找机会。日韩企业的公司治理思维值得中国企业学习。索尼、日产、三菱集团2005年都相继使用国外的经理人经营自己的企业,而聘用外国人经营公司是因为公司重组的时候,改革并不成功,没有达到自己的期望。对于这3家企业而言,他们目前所进入的行业部是夕阳产业,现在竞争已经非常激烈,可是他们就能够转换思维进入一些我们认为毫无潜力的行业。
