目的探讨大鼠急性出血坏死性胰腺炎(AHNP)过程中,氧自由基对大鼠脑组织的损害作用。方法通过大鼠胰胆管逆行5%牛磺胆酸钠注射诱发AHNP模型,检测6、12、24h对照组及AHNP组大鼠脑组织PLA2活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及脑系数(BI),同步观察胰腺及脑组织学变化。结果AHNP组与对照组比较,脑组织PLA2活性、MDA含量及BI增加,SOD活性降低,光镜下脑组织间质及细胞肿胀,髓鞘变性。结论大鼠AHNP并发脑组织损害;氧自由基(OFR)可能参与脑组织损害的发展过程
Objective To investigate the damage of oxygen free radicals to rat brain during acute hemorrhagic necrotizing pancreatitis (AHNP) in rats. Methods The AHNP model was induced by retrograde 5% sodium taurocholate injection in rat pancreaticobiliary duct. PLA2 activity, malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and brain coefficient (BI), simultaneous observation of pancreatic and brain histological changes. Results Compared with the control group, PLA2 activity, MDA content and BI in brain tissue of AHNP group were decreased, but SOD activity was decreased. Brain tissue interstitial and cell swelling and myelin degeneration were observed under light microscope. Conclusions Rat AHNP complicated with brain damage; OFR may be involved in the development of brain damage
