21世纪是信息时代,学生获取知识的途径不再局限于课堂和教材,不再局限于教师和家长的传授,他们可以通过互联网、电视、报纸、杂志等不同途径获取大量的信息。信息社会的新形势对传统教育提出了前所未有的挑战,提出了人才培养的新要求。新课改要求“改变课程过于注重知识传授的倾向,强调形成积极主动的学习态度,使获得知识与技能的过程成为学会学习和形成正确价值观的过程”。
The 21st century is the information age. Students’ access to knowledge is no longer confined to classrooms and textbooks. It is no longer confined to the teaching of teachers and parents. Students can access vast amounts of information through the Internet, television, newspapers and magazines. The new situation in the information society poses an unprecedented challenge to traditional education and puts forward new requirements for personnel training.
