“一个教师写一辈子教案不一定成为名师,如果一个教师写三年反思可能成为名师。”从这里可以看出,在初中数学教学中必须珍视经验、注重实践反思。教学反思是教师自觉地把自己的课堂教学实践,作为认识对象而进行全面而深入的冷静思考和总结,提高教学质量,使学生得到更充分的发展。如果说备课、上课等教学实践是教学中的基本活动,那么教学反思就是以上活动最好的拓展延伸。
“A teacher’s life-long lesson plan may not necessarily become a teacher. If a teacher writes three years of reflection, it may become a teacher.” From here, we can see that in junior mathematics teaching, we must cherish experience and pay attention to practical reflection. Teaching reflection is that teachers consciously use their own classroom teaching practice as an object of understanding to conduct comprehensive and in-depth calm thinking and summarization, improve teaching quality, and enable students to achieve fuller development. If teaching practice such as lesson preparation and class is the basic activity in teaching, then teaching reflection is the best extension of the above activities.
