目前,俄罗斯铁路广泛使用不同变型的ТЭ10型内燃机车(ТЭ10В、ТЭ10М、ТЭ10У、ТЭ10С)组成双节、三节联挂式机车来完成列车牵引任务。多数该型号机车装用10Д100型柴油机。由于柴油机本身以及装用此种柴油机的机车在结构上存在明显的缺陷,因此不仅不能保证必要的运行可靠性,而且还降低了内燃牵引的技术经济指标。文章介绍了一些只要在机务段对结构略做改进就可以提高ТЭ10型内燃机车可靠性、改善运行便捷性以及减轻机车维修劳动强度的方法。
At present, the Russian railways widely use different variants of ТЭ10 diesel locomotives (ТЭ 10В, ТЭ 10М, ТЭ 10У, ТЭ 10С) to form double and triple tandem locomotives to complete the train towing task. Most of the model locomotive equipped with 10Д100 diesel engine. Due to the obvious structural defects of the diesel engine and locomotives equipped with such diesel engines, not only the necessary operational reliability can not be guaranteed, but also the technical and economic indicators of the internal combustion traction are reduced. This article introduces some methods that can improve the reliability of the ТЭ10 diesel locomotive, improve the convenience of operation and reduce the labor intensity of locomotive maintenance as long as the structure is slightly improved in the locomotive depot.
