今年两会的主题“建设和谐社会”,如果实现这一目标,最关键的是要解决农民问题。民工荒现象引出的民工的待遇问题,让我们有了重新审视民工价值和社会贫富差距的机会。将民工短缺问题同我国经济发展的大环境联系起来看,我国正处于新一轮经济增长中,国内投资大涨,推动劳动力需求量的骤然增加。但是,受到计划体制下形成的城乡二元户籍制度的束缚,劳动力市场发育不完善,当宏观经济出现波动影响到劳动力需求量的变化时,劳动力市场无法及时、准确地传递这种信息,导致了民工荒现象。本文将从我国社会经济制度角度,分析民工荒的原因,影响及对策。
