English reading is an important part of language practice and the main goal of English teaching. The theory of perceived learning style is a theory that expounds the learner’s difference in learning. It is the perceived channel for learners to understand, organize and remember the learning experience. People obtain information through different perceived channels. Cognitive learning style theory can guide teachers to carry out personalized reading teaching activities, which is closely related to reading teaching, which plays an important role in enlightenment.
