《幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)》中指出:“充分利用社会资源,引导幼儿实际感受祖国文化的丰富与优秀,感受家乡的变化和发展,激发幼儿爱家乡、爱祖国的情感。”这要求我们从大自然、大社会、家庭当中去取得资源,并把本土的特色资源用足用好。这是教育的必由之路,是教育新理念的具体体现,也是我们教师的教育任务。我们吴窑是远近闻名的建筑之乡,与我园相邻的“江中集团”的建筑水平全市一流、全省领先、全国知名,是建筑铁军中的劲旅。我园好多孩子的亲人是该集团的职工,长年奋战在祖国各地建设施工第一线上。孩子们对建筑文化耳濡目染,喜欢在建构区搭建各种各样的房子,从中释放着“建筑梦”的情怀。基于现实情况,我们以幼儿发展为本,以因地制宜、就地取材为原则,对课程进行了本土化开发。
Kindergarten Education Guidance Outline (Trial) states: “Making full use of social resources, guiding children to actually experience the richness and excellence of the motherland’s culture, feeling the changes and developments in their hometowns and stimulating their children’s love of their hometown and their love for the motherland.” It requires us to obtain resources from nature, big societies and families, and make full use of local special resources. This is the only way of education, a concrete manifestation of the new concept of education, and an educational task for our teachers. We Wuyao is a famous hometown of architecture, and the building level of “Jiangzhong Group” adjacent to our park is first class in the city, leading in the province and famous in the whole country. I park a lot of children’s loved ones is the group’s workers, long struggle throughout the construction and construction of the motherland line. The children are impressed by the architectural culture and like to build a variety of houses in the construction area, releasing the feeling of “architectural dream”. Based on the actual situation, we have taken the development of early childhood as the foundation, developed the curriculum in a localized manner based on the principle of local conditions and local availability.
