天津市北工疗建院至今,经历了52年的风雨历程,作为一个建院早、设备老、房屋陈旧、人员多、文化底蕴低、年龄结构大的老院,在改革的大潮中没有被吞没,反而积累了200余万元的自有资金,公益捐款70余万元,固定资产从1993年的700万元增加到2002年的1600万元,职工年均收入也从3000元增加到2002年的21000元,疗养院连续9年在当地省、市、区政府荣获了“优质服务优胜单位”等多种奖项。
