目的探究护患沟通技巧应用于健康体检护理实践效果。方法选择我院2013年5月至2014年12月收治的120例健康体检患者为研究对象,随机分为实验组和常规组,实验组60例,常规组60例,常规组患者进行常规的护理,实验组患者在进行常规的护理基础之上再进行护患沟通技巧。结果实验组患者患者对各项护理服务的满意总评分是98分,明显高于常规组的80分;同时,实验组患者对护理方式的满意率是96.67%,也明显高于常规组患者对护理方式的满意率80.00%,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护患沟通技巧对健康体检患者护理有很好的效果,更加有助于建立患者和医护人员之间建立良好的关系,值得在医院临床上进行广泛的推广。
Objective To explore the application of nurse-patient communication skills in the practice of health examination. Methods A total of 120 healthy people admitted to our hospital from May 2013 to December 2014 were selected as experimental subjects and randomly divided into experimental group and conventional group. There were 60 cases in experimental group and 60 cases in conventional group, In the experimental group, nurse-patient communication skills were followed on the basis of routine nursing. Results The patients in the experimental group had a satisfactory score of 98 for all nursing services, which was significantly higher than 80 in the conventional group. At the same time, the satisfaction rate of the nursing group was 96.67% in the experimental group and significantly higher than that in the conventional group The satisfaction rate of nursing method was 80.00%, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion The nurse-patient communication skills have a good effect on the health examination of patients and help to establish a good relationship between patients and medical staff, which is worthy of widespread clinical application in the hospital.
