本研究发现小鼠“内关”、“足三里”注射等量胰岛素后5分钟的降糖效应有明显差异(P<0.01),前者与静注等量胰岛素相仿(P>0.05),后者明显低于“内关”及静注组(P<0.01)。此时,两组血清与肝脏~(125)I-胰岛素的放射活性没有明显差异(P>O.05),而均明显低于静注组(P<0.01)。结果表明上述差异与“内关”、“足三里”对注入的胰岛素反应性有关,而与局部吸收速率无关。经用微量 Cr~(+3)或 V~(+5)“穴位”注入预处理后再注入胰岛素,发现 Cr~(3+)可增强“足三里”对注入胰岛素的降糖作用,而 V~(+5)可增强“内关”对注入胰岛素的降糖效应。表明不同微量元素对注入“内关”、“足三里”的药物信号可产生不同的影响。上述这些结果提示:不同穴位对同一药物反应性的不同,可能与不同穴位的离子构成或半导体属性不同有关。
In this study, the hypoglycemic effect of mice within 5 minutes after insulin injection was similar to that of intravenous injection of insulin (P<0.01). It shows that different trace elements can have different effects on the drug signals injected into “internal contact” and “foot three media”. The above results suggest that the differences in reactivity of different acupoints for the same drug may be related to different ion composition or semiconducting properties at different acupuncture points.
