电熨法治疗３５０例过敏性鼻炎中国人民解放军２７０医院（０３０８００）赵光明，江世维我科自１９８９年４月～１９９２年４月使用电熨治疗过敏性鼻炎３５０例，经过３年临床观察取得了满意疗效。现将结果报告如下：临床资料一、一般资料：本组３５０例，男２１５例，女１３５例。年龄５～６５岁，病程最长３０年，最短１年。二、治疗方法：根据病人临床症状及鼻腔病变，从鼻甲内侧前端及鼻中隔肥厚部位进行电熨。用１％地卡因肾上腺素棉片行局部表面麻醉１～２次，用鼻镜保护鼻前庭组织，即以电熨器头准确放入鼻腔，贴在鼻甲表面１～３分钟，取出电熨器头，见粘膜表面变白，治疗中无任何焦臭感为宜。三、疗效判定：①治愈，鼻通气功能恢复正常，打喷嚏、流清水鼻涕消失，下鼻甲粘膜水肿消退，苍白变为淡红色。②好转，鼻通气功能得到改善，打喷嚏、流清鼻涕减少；下鼻甲粘膜水肿减轻，苍白变为淡红色。③无效，鼻通气功能无改变，打喷嚏、流清鼻涕无变化，下鼻甲粘膜仍苍白水肿。四、治疗结果：经１～３次电熨治疗，治愈１２２例，占５６．２％，好转７７例，占３５．５％，总有效率达９１．７％。讨论过敏性鼻炎治疗方法很多如下鼻甲封鼻封闭，脱敏及药物治疗等但效果不佳。我们应用电熨疗法操作简 Ir para a página inicial do Google Livros Pesquisa Avançada de Patentes Patency 350 cases of allergic rhinitis 350 Chinese People’s Liberation Army 270 Hospital (030800) Zhao Guangming, Jiang Shiyi Our department from April 1989 to April 1992 using electric iron treatment of allergic rhinitis in 350 cases, after 3 years of clinical observation made Satisfactory efficacy.
