铅黄铜(Hpb59—1)是在普通黄铜H59(铜锌合金)的基础上为改善其切削性能再加入1%铅.这种铅黄铜的热加工制品有板、棒和锻件等型式,主要用于热冲压及以切削方法制作的零件.它在有色金属压力加工生产中占有很大的比重.一、问题提出据生产实践表明,铅黄铜(Hpb59—1)热塑性很好,通常热加工过程很顺利。但在正常生产情况下也常发现它的塑性突然下降,轧件和锻件侧边产生开裂,热加工性能极坏,经常成批报废,使加工过程无法进行,严重影响生产。但有时也发现偶而加工件的塑性又好了,重又恢复正常生产。这种时好时坏不稳定的热加工现象,一旦发生,常是捉
